As IP Counsel your main responsibilities will be :

- Handling multi brands international legal matters
- Agreements drafting, reviewing and negotiation : Memorandum of Understanding, Research and Development Agreements, Co-Ownership Agreements; Partnership Agreements; Purchase and Sales Agreements; Services Agreements; Design Agreements; Non Disclosure Agreements,
- Reviewing marketing materials worldwide, regarding, among others, consumer law;
- Follow up and protection of R&D projects regarding IP rights. Ensuring enforcement of IP rights;
- Handling and monitoring international litigation and pre-litigation, directly with local counsels: IP rights infringement, unfair competition;
- Handling treatment and securisation of digital projects, regarding IP Law
- Providing legal advices regarding various potential legal issues on an international basis;
- Supporting the business and management in the daily activity

Profil recherché

Requirements :

- at least 5 years experience within a similar position
- ability to identify and analyse legal and risk-related issues and to identify solutions that are legally sound
- experience conducting high-quality background research
- excellent knowledge of written and spoken English & French; working knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
- law Degree from an accredited law school is required
- collaborative lawyering style is a must
- strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability in communicating with senior executives
