One of our clients, a leading watchmaking company is looking for its new Executive Assistant for the Top Management in Neuchatel Canton.
Within this position, your main missions will be the following:
- Maintain executives' appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel - Organization of agenda and coordination of meetings - Management of travel expenses reporting - Internal communications management - Organization of internal organizational meetings in the offices and in external locations. - Office management support and coordination of requests regarding company cars, mobile phone as well as IT and HR needs. - Administrative support on expenses / invoices - Support on ad hoc projects and presentations
To be successful within this position, you have :
- A minimum of 5 years experience within a similar position supporting Top Management - Fluency in English and in French (written and spoken) - Excellent command of Excel, Powerpoint and Word - A previous experience within the Watch & Jewelry sector is not required but will be a plus - Ability to working under pressure and to anticipate tough deadlines will be an asset - Capacity to handle uncertainty and to find creative solutions
