You will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure efficient administration of the full employee life cycle process and to provide accurate data analysis and reporting. You will get the opportunity to evolve to a business partnering role.
- Manage temps & interns recruitment and life cycle - Manage the Swiss work permits process - Provide support to the HR manager to ensure excellence - Provide data analysis and contribute to reporting - Set-up employees files and maintain HR data while ensuring data integrity and protection - Responsible for insurance declarations - Maintain and update reporting including personnel movements - Provide support to the VP HR working on global coordination - Contribute to year-end Global HR processes - Contribute to preparation of HR audit reviews
- University degree - 3 - 6 years of successful track record in a similar position within an international environment - Well-structured and with a mindset for continuous improvement - Pro-active and willing to learn - Excellent computer and analytical skills and ease with reporting tools - Fluent in French and English
